About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Metal Polisher to join our client’s busy team in Havant. a great opportunity for long-term work with consistent hours and excellent pay. No prior metal polishing experience? No problem! If you’ve worked in a metal environment, such as welding, fabrication, sanding, grinding etc and are comfortable with hand tools, we’d love to hear from you.
Shift Pattern
*2-Week Rotating Shifts
*Week 1: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
*Week 2: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
What You’ll Do
*Polish stainless-steel components to a professional finish
*Perform fettling, grinding, deburring, and polish out weld seams
*Follow safety protocols and operating procedures
*Keep your workspace clean and organised
*Communicate with the Production Manager to stay on schedule
What We’re Looking For
*Strong work ethic and attention to detail
*Basic experience with hand tools or similar equipment
*Ability to work rotating shifts
*Positive, can-do attitude
