Project Manager (Construction)IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee an MEP package on a large commercial project. Your background will be strong in project management in construction, with a preferred knowledge of M&E (MEP) works on a large scale.
Key DutiesMEP scope of works for the entire project comprising of:
*Management of a 9/10 person team
*New build student accommodation
*Incoming services coordination
*Substation construction
*Liaison with the client
*Communication with wider new build management teams
*Oversee Packages that range from Mechanical, Ventilation, Public health, Electrical, Sprinklers, access control, PV panels, LV connection, Substations, T&C
*Packages cumulative value is about £45m.
Requirements*Proven M&E experience ideal but not essential
*Track record of delivering projects safely, on time and in budget
*SMSTS, first aid, Black CSCS etc
*knowledgeable and driven with a commitment long term
