Resident Experience Manager (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)
Tunbridge Wells (with weekly travel to Margate) | £45,000–£50,000 + Bonus
About the role
A unique opportunity has arisen for a Resident Experience Manager to join a progressive and customer-focused residential business on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is far from a traditional lettings role. It is centred around delivering a seamless, high-quality resident journey and creating a genuine sense of belonging within a growing portfolio of homes.
Based in Tunbridge Wells, with regular travel to coastal developments, the successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for residents and prospective tenants — ensuring every interaction is smooth, professional, and memorable.
From first enquiry through to move-in and ongoing engagement, this role is key to maintaining exceptional service standards and supporting community growth during an important period of team continuity.
What we are looking for
This role would suit a personable and proactive individual with a strong background in property and a passion for people.
Key requirements include:
*MUST HAVE experience in property sales or lettings
*A natural ability to build rapport and deliver outstanding customer service
*Strong organisational skills with a solutions-focused approach
*Experience managing enquiries, applications, and customer journeys
*Confidence using digital platforms and systems
*A genuine interest in community engagement and resident satisfaction
*Ability to quickly take ownership of an existing role and maintain high standards
*A full driving licence and access to a vehicle, with willingness to travel weekly
