The Firm
This national law firm has been advising clients on wills, probate, estate administration, tax planning and trusts for over 100 years. The firm is trusted by individuals, families, business owners and professional advisers to deliver clear, expert and pragmatic advice, often on high value and complex estates, including those valued up to £5 million.

The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Associate to join the firm’s well established Bristol office. You will handle a varied and high quality private client caseload, with exposure to complex estates, trusts and tax matters, while working closely with experienced partners and specialist advisers.

Key Responsibilities
The role will involve advising on a broad range of private client matters, including:
• Wills and Estate Planning
• Probate and Estate Administration
• Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection
• Tax, Trusts and Wealth Planning
• Family Business and Succession Planning

About You
• Qualified Solicitor, 3+ PQE
• Strong experience in wills, probate and estate administration
• Exposure to complex, high value estates is desirable
• STEP qualification or progress towards STEP would be advantageous
• Excellent client care skills with a compassionate, personable approach
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external advisers
