Housing Support Worker
Perm
37.5 Hours per week
£27,500 per annum
Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Housing Support Worker to support vulnerable people on a permanent basis.
You will be required to visit properties in and around the Stratford area, supporting tenants who are at risk of homelessness/ substance abuse/ mental health issues.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Housing Support Worker:
*Provide person-centred 1:1 support, creating and reviewing individual support plans to help residents achieve personal goals and promote positive behaviours.
*Offer guidance and advocacy across housing, health, welfare and related areas, supporting residents to make informed choices.
*Work in partnership with internal teams and external agencies, including mental health and housing services, to meet residents needs effectively.
*Maintain accurate records, contribute to meetings, and comply with organisational policies, legal requirements, and best practice standards.
Essential Requirements of the Housing Support Worker:
*Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
*Enhanced DBS
