A well-established high-street law firm in Swindon is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Paralegal to support a busy and growing Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal or a law graduate with conveyancing experience looking to progress long term within private practice.
The Role

You will be supporting fee earners on a varied residential conveyancing caseload, handling files from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
*Assisting with residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold matters
*Drafting contracts and supporting documentation
*Managing files from instruction to post-completion
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors
*Submitting searches and reviewing search results
*Land Registry applications and post-completion work
The Ideal Candidate
*Previous experience in residential conveyancing as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant
*Strong understanding of the conveyancing process
*Excellent client care and communication skills
*Highly organised with good attention to detail
*Law graduates with relevant conveyancing experience will be considered
