Curriculum Lead - Maths | Specialist Secondary PRUWe are seeking a visionary Curriculum Lead for Maths to join our "Good" rated Manchester Secondary PRU. You will lead a core curriculum designed to engage students with complex SEMH needs.


The Role:
You will have strategic oversight of the Mathematics intent, implementation, and impact across the provision.
*Curriculum Design: Sequence a challenging Maths curriculum that meets national requirements.

*Instructional Leadership: Lead professional development and model excellence in Maths pedagogy.

*Data-Driven Impact: Secure rigorous tracking systems to monitor learning standards.

*Management: Oversee staff deployment and resources within the department.

*Coaching: Identify CPD requirements and provide coaching for colleagues.


The Ideal Candidate:
*Relevant QTS teaching qualification with a Maths focus.

*Experience implementing successful programmes at KS3 and KS4.

*Ability to develop innovative solutions for pupils at risk of exclusion.
