About the Role
A highly respected wealth management firm is seeking an experienced IFA Performance Manager to take ownership of adviser output, development, and commercial success. This is a pivotal role focused on elevating adviser capability, driving revenue growth, and building a best-in-class advisory team.
You will be responsible for managing a team of Financial Advisers, ensuring they operate at the highest level of performance whilst supporting the firm’s ambitious growth plans.
Core Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day performance of Financial Advisers
• Set, monitor, and drive KPIs and revenue targets
• Deliver structured coaching and development programmes
• Support advisers with business development strategies
• Lead recruitment and onboarding of new advisers
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement strategies
• Work closely with senior leadership on growth initiatives
Requirements
• Experience managing Financial Advisers within a wealth management or banking environment
• Previous experience as an Adviser is essential
• Strong understanding of sales processes within financial planning
• Demonstrable success in improving team performance
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
