We’re working with a well-established and fast-growing automotive business looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join their high-performing team in Kidlington.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, winning new business, and managing their own pipeline in a field-based role.
What you’ll be doing:
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities across the local area
* Building and managing a strong pipeline of SME and corporate clients
* Developing long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business
* Delivering tailored vehicle, finance, and fleet solutions
* Conducting face-to-face meetings, site visits, and presentations
* Negotiating and closing deals in line with targets
* Working closely with internal sales, finance, and aftersales teams
What we’re looking for:
* Background in sales or business development (automotive experience a bonus, not essential)
* Proven ability to hit or exceed targets
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated, organised, and commercially minded
* Full UK driving licence
What’s on offer:
* £30,000 basic salary
* Uncapped commission with realistic £50,000 OTE
