Elevation Recruitment Group are working with an exciting and fast-growing business looking for a Brand Partnership Coordinator to join their global team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone organised, detail-focused, and customer-driven who enjoys supporting relationships and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll play a key part in supporting the Brand Partnership Team, helping deliver a high-quality customer experience across a global client base. This is a varied role combining administration, customer care, and CRM support.
Key Responsibilities as a Brand Partnership Coordinator
*Support CRM activity and maintain accurate customer records
*Assist with cancellations, retention activity, and follow-ups
*Provide admin support across customer accounts and internal teams
*Track customer interactions, feedback, and account updates
*Support marketing communications including mailshots
*Help source new business contacts for the wider team
*General admin and coordination across a busy, fast-paced function
What We’re Looking For:
*Strong admin experience, ideally in a customer-focused environment
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
*Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Monday.com, NetSuite) is a bonus
*Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
