As Tax Partner, you will play a pivotal leadership role, working with both personal and corporate clients to advise on complex tax issues and contribute to the strategic growth of the tax practice. You will lead a specialist team, build and maintain high-quality client relationships, and support business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
*Develop and maintain a varied portfolio of personal and corporate clients, providing strategic insight and technical tax solutions.
*Advise on areas including shareholder and succession planning, restructuring, property and investment tax matters.
*Lead, mentor and develop the tax team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence and continuous improvement.
*Contribute to business development efforts and help raise the profile of the tax practice, supporting growth objectives.
*Ensure that the tax team delivers both compliance and advisory services to a high standard.
What you will bring
*CTA-qualified (or equivalent) with extensive experience advising personal and corporate clients (UK tax legislation) in a senior role.
*Excellent technical knowledge of UK tax, including advisory issues.
*Strong commercial acumen, with proven ability to build long-term client relationships.
