Job Description:
Business Architect / 6 months / London (Hybrid) / £450-£550pd (Inside IR35)
We’re looking for a senior Business Architect to own the business design and architecture outputs across a regulated product group.
This will be 6 months initially, require 2 days per week onsite in London and has been deemed inside IR35.
Key responsibilities:
*Own business design for current and new initiatives within the product group
*Deliver core architecture artefacts (AIAs, ADPs, Target Operating Models)
*Lead business architecture/design workshops
*Use BizzDesign to maintain and evolve enterprise models
*Ensure designs meet regulatory, audit, explainability, and resilience requirements
*Take ownership of timely, high-quality business architecture delivery
*Act as a trusted advisor to senior and C-suite stakeholders
Key skills:
*Strong stakeholder and product engagement
*Proven business architecture / operating model experience
*Comfortable working in regulated environments (AML experience a plus)
