We’re working with a well-established business just outside Bishops Stortford who are looking to add a Customer Service Executive to their busy, welcoming team.
If you’ve worked in retail, airport, hospitality or an office environment and enjoy dealing with people — you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll be doing:*Answering incoming calls and responding to emails
*Handling customer queries, returns and general enquiries
*Using the company CRM system (full training provided)
*Building positive relationships with customers
*Supporting the team in a busy, fast-paced environment
What we’re looking for:*Friendly, confident and a good communicator
*Previous customer service experience (any background considered)
*Comfortable using systems / learning new tools
*A team player who enjoys a lively environment
*Reliable and positive with a "get stuck in" attitude
