We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented property inspector to carry out routine inspections across our managed portfolio. This is a flexible zero hours position ideal for someone looking for part time or supplementary work.
Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct routine property inspections in line with company schedules
*Identify and report maintenance issues or breaches of tenancy
*Take clear, accurate photos and detailed notes during inspections
*Upload reports promptly using our internal system
*Ensure properties are being maintained in accordance with tenancy agreements
What We’re Looking For
*Strong attention to detail
*Good written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
*Professional and approachable manner when dealing with tenants
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
