Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £28-30,000
A respected architectural practice based in Cardiff is seeking a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join its expanding team. This role is well suited to someone with a strong grounding in practice who is eager to build on their experience and gain exposure to a broader range of projects within a collaborative studio setting. The practice delivers work across a varied portfolio including residential, food retail, and leisure schemes, providing the chance to contribute to diverse and engaging projects.

Requirements
* Part 2 qualified with some professional experience preferred
* Masters degree in Architecture
* Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning procedures
* Proficient in Revit
* Strong technical and detailing ability with a good design sensibility
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting project delivery across all RIBA stages
* Producing high quality drawings and technical documentation
* Assisting with Building Regulations and planning compliance
* Coordinating with consultants and wider project teams
* Contributing to projects across residential, retail, industrial, and veterinary sectors
