About the Role - Barking and Dagenham
*Provide tailored support to students with additional needs in a special school setting
*Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
*Assist with the implementation of individual education plans
*Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
*Support students in both classroom and one-to-one settings
About You
*Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
*A strong interest in education and training
*Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude
*A willingness to learn and develop within education and training
*A genuine passion for supporting students in a special school in/around Barking and Dagenham
