Excellent role on offer for a Service Coordinator looking to work for a market leading business where you will be well looked after and have the opportunity to work in a varied role.

Do you have experience in a Service Coordination or similar role? Do you have experience working with engineers and customers?

This market leading, global company specialise in a wide range of components and products across a breadth of industries. Known for their product excellence, the company are going from strength to strength and now require a Service Coordinator to come on board in this unique position.

In this varied role, you will play an integral part in service delivery. You will be responsible for coordinating service activities including but not limited to; arranging engineer diaries and be heavily involved with resource management to find a solution to customers needs.

The role would suit an individual with previous experience in a service coordination or office controller position. Due to the nature of the position, you will need to organised and have strong communication.

The Role:
*Supporting service delivery
*Managing engineers schedules, invoicing and resource management
*Working closely with customers to ascertain needs and demands
*£45,000- £55,000 + 25 days Holiday + 2 days working from home + Training + Progression + Excellent Benefits
The Person:
*Experience in a similar role such as service coordinator or scheduler
*Ex-engineers looking to come off the tools is advantageous
*Must be a good communicator with a willingness to speak to customers
*Live local or willing to commute to Havant
