What you’ll be doing as Recruitment Specialist
*Work proactively with hiring managers to plan upcoming hiring needs
*Define role requirements, skills and competencies based on real business needs
*Develop targeted sourcing strategies, especially for hard to fill roles
*Manage the full recruitment process end to end
*Ensure all compliance steps are completed including references, screening and background checks
*Deliver a high touch candidate experience with consistent communication throughout
*Advise managers on best practice recruitment, selection methods and interview techniques
*Keep up to date with market trends and ensure processes align with local legislation
We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist with:
*Degree in a related subject.
*Extensive recruitment experience within a broader HR function, min 2 years in healthcare/medical.
*Strong background in sourcing, selection and stakeholder management
*CIPD or similar resourcing qualification
*Confident running structured and competency-based interviews
*Highly organised, detail focused and able to work to deadlines
*Someone who takes ownership and follows things through properly
