This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-end clinic renowned for its exceptional treatments and premium client experience. You’ll be part of a close-knit, supportive team in a fast-paced and client-focused environment.
As the face of the clinic, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless, five-star experience to every client.
Clinic Receptionist Responsibilities:
*Acting as the first point of contact, welcoming clients with professionalism and warmth
*Managing calls, enquiries, and bookings in both Arabic and English
*Coordinating the clinic diary and ensuring efficient appointment scheduling
*Maintaining a pristine front-of-house and reception area
*Supporting clinicians with client flow and documentation
*Processing payments and updating client records accurately
*Promoting treatments, products, and services confidently
*Managing client communication channels, including WhatsApp
*Liaising with the wider team, including the Edinburgh clinic, to ensure smooth operations
Working Pattern*4-week rolling rota
*Monday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
*Tuesday & Wednesday: 1:00pm - 9:00pm
*Thursday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
*Saturday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
*Friday & Sunday: Off
*2 weekends off per month
*Includes late evenings on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
