18:00 - 06:00 | 4 on 4 off | £15.68 p/h (£32,818 p/a)
We’re The Compleat Food Group - home to brands like Wall’s Pastry, Pork Farms, and Wrights. We’re looking for a proactive Warehouse Co-Ordinator to lead our chilled food warehouse operations.
About the roleYou’ll support the Warehouse Supervisor and take the lead when needed, managing a team of 5-15 operatives. Day-to-day you’ll oversee inbound and outbound operations, ensure safe MHE use, maintain food safety standards, and drive productivity across ambient and temperature-controlled environments.
What you’ll bring*FLT Licence (essential)
*Warehouse experience (FMCG or food manufacturing preferred)
*Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2
*Leadership or team support experience
*Strong communication skills
*Previous chilled or food manufacturing background
