MIS / Admin Team Leader
Contract: 3 months
Hourly rate: £14 - 18 per hour
Location: Sutton Coldfield - full time on site
Job Description
We are looking for a MIS / Admin Team Leader to join a great organisation on a full-time, contract basis supporting a site in Sutton Coldfield.
The MIS / Admin Team Leader key responsibilities will include:
*Leading a team of 4 staff to ensure online and back-office data is entered into the system accurately and timely.
*Managing workload via emails/approving data change requests and supporting the team where possible to get the data correctly entered.
*Ensuring paperwork is processed for learners from enrolment to completion.
*Using ProSolution for data work
*Updating people face to face and via teams and emails.
*Various admin / support data tasks as needed
Qualifications
*Experience in administrative and database management would be ideal
*Experience using ProSolution would be hugely advantageous
*Problem solver, using systems and expertise on behalf of the business and/ or employees
*Proactive, inquisitive and can do attitude
