The Role
An opportunity for a Senior Associate to join a national law firm in Birmingham. The role offers a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work, advising mainly employer clients, with strong client exposure and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
*Advising on employment and HR matters including disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, and discrimination issues
*Managing Employment Tribunal claims from inception to hearing
*Drafting contracts of employment, policies, and settlement agreements
*Providing employment support on corporate and transactional matters
*Contributing to business development and client-facing initiatives
About You
*4+ years’ PQE in employment law
*Experience handling Tribunal matters and employer advisory work
*Strong drafting, organisational, and client relationship skills
*Commercial, pragmatic approach with an interest in developing practice
