What you’ll do
*Own the operational rhythm of an international sales function — processes, workflows, calendars, and coordination across time zones
*Be the go-to person for sales leadership when things need to be done right and done fast
*Sharpen how the team communicates, collaborates, and converts
*Keep events, trade shows, and key commercial deadlines running like clockwork
*Turn data into insight — spotting trends, flagging issues, and identifying growth opportunities before others do

*Solid experience in sales operations or coordination within UK property — you know this industry
*A track record of making sales teams more efficient, more aligned, and more effective
*Comfort working across international markets and cultures with ease
*Sharp organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
*Confidence with CRM systems, reporting tools, and the wider Microsoft suite
