Financial Adviser, Hampshire | Up to £90,000 + Bonus + Equity (flexible for the right candidate)
We are partnering with one of the UK’s largest and most respected accountancy practices to expand its growing financial planning division. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Financial Adviser to join an established, high-quality practice, with a genuine equity stake on offer, making this far more than just a job.

The role:
*Provide independent, holistic financial advice to new and existing clients
*Assess client circumstances and deliver tailored strategies across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning
*Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser
*Leverage introducer relationships to develop your client bank and grow revenue
About you:
*Level 4 Diploma qualified in Financial Planning (Chartered status or working towards is a distinct advantage)
*Mid-level Financial Adviser with a solid track record of building and managing client relationships
*Previous experience working within or alongside an accountancy practice is desirable
*Strong communicator, self-motivated, and able to manage your own workload effectively
*Solid knowledge across tax, protection, pension, and investment planning
*Candidates with an existing client following are strongly encouraged to apply
