Part-time – 20 hours per week, office based
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant to join our friendly, close-knit team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role
Working closely with the wider finance team, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting activities and ensuring deadlines are consistently met. This role would suit someone who thrives on variety, manages their time well, and enjoys being part of a collaborative workplace.
Key Responsibilities
*Supporting day-to-day bookkeeping and accounts tasks
*Processing invoices, payments and financial records accurately
*Assisting with reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
*Working to tight deadlines in a busy environment
*Providing general finance and administrative support as required
About You
*Previous experience as a bookkeeper or Accounts Assistant
*Strong time management and organisational skills
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced role with competing priorities
*High attention to detail and accuracy
*Friendly, approachable and a strong team player
