Key Responsibilities*Deliver high-quality audits, on time and within budget
You’ll take ownership of audit assignments and ensure they are completed efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining excellent technical standards.

*Own and manage client relationships
Become a trusted point of contact-proactively communicating, resolving issues, and adding value beyond compliance.

*Produce accurate and compliant financial statements
Ensure all accounts and audit files meet regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.

*Develop and support junior team members
Play a key role in coaching and reviewing work, helping to build capability across the team.

*Contribute to continuous improvement and growth
Identify process improvements, support business development opportunities, and strengthen the firm’s market reputation.

About You*ACA / ACCA qualified or part-qualified
*Strong experience in audit within practice
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Commercial mindset with attention to detail
