Product Data Executive - Remote - 12 Month FTC - up to £29,000
Our client is looking to appoint a Product Data Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support their buying function.
This role will focus on launching new products and maintaining high-quality product data across multiple websites. You’ll play a key role in ensuring product information is accurate, consistent, and optimised - directly supporting customer experience and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage new product launches, collating and inputting data from multiple supplier sources
*Maintain and update the product catalogue, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms
*Work closely with buyers and suppliers to gather, validate, and optimise product data
*Support and utilise the PIM system to ensure all product information is complete and structured correctly
*Identify opportunities to improve data quality, processes, and efficiencies
Requirements:
*Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and quality
*Experience working with large datasets and strong Excel skills
*Understanding of product data, e-commerce, or merchandising environments
*Confident communicator, able to work with suppliers and internal stakeholders
*Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Desirable:
*Experience using a PIM system (or willingness to learn)
*Exposure to product launches or catalogue management
*Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement
