Audit Assistant Manager

The RoleYou will play a key role in delivering audits across a diverse portfolio of clients, while also supporting the development of junior team members and contributing to the overall success of the audit function.
You will:
*Plan, lead and complete audit assignments from start to finish
*Manage onsite audit fieldwork and ensure delivery against deadlines and budgets
*Supervise and review the work of junior team members, providing constructive feedback
*Draft financial statements and management reports
*Identify risks and recommend improvements to client systems and controls
*Manage workflow and contribute to team development and performance
*Build and maintain strong client relationships
About You*ACA or ACCA qualified
*Proven experience in audit within a practice environment
*Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage multiple assignments
*Experience of leading small teams and mentoring junior staff
*Confident working in a digital audit environment (experience with audit software preferred)
*Full UK driving licence and access to transport
