Roofing Manager (Construction/Civils)
Alloa
£55,000 to £65,000 + Progression + Company Car + Pension + Parking
Are you Roofing Manager or similar, looking for a new role where you can demonstrate and grow your management skills inside one of the UK’s largest construction and civils companies.
Do you want to be a part of a company which is growing to reach the top of their industry who currently have over 200 employees, working on construction projects which are upwards of £50m of value, allowing you to truly grow and demonstrate your skills.
On offer, is the chance for a Roofer to level up into a management role inside one of the UK’s leading civils and construction companies who have large aspirations to maintain their current position in the industry. Founded in the 80’s, the business has continued to excel throughout the decades, showing no signs of slowing down.
In this role, the successful Roofing Manager will be reporting to the Board of Directors, working alongside other roofing supervisors to determine the scope of work, attending meetings with existing and new clients and monitoring costs v income weekly.
The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years experience inside the roofing industry, able to face hurdles constructively, possessing high verbal communication skills and relationship building skills to build trust and long lasting partnerships with all clients.
