Must Haves:
2–3+ years’ experience in B2B sales, customer service, or sales support
Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers
Proactive approach to sales and customer relationship building
Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
Experience using ERP systems, CRM platforms, and MS Office
Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries professionally and confidently
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
Follow up quotations and convert opportunities into orders
Prepare and process customer quotations and sales orders accurately
Check stock availability, lead times, and delivery schedules
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Resolve customer queries efficiently and maintain excellent service standards
Maintain accurate customer records within ERP and CRM systems
Support continuous improvement and contribute positively to team culture
Desired Skills & Experience:
Experience within industrial products, wholesale, or technical sales environments is advantageous
Commercially aware with a proactive sales mindset
Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to contribute long-term
