Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for delivering accurate financial information, improving processes, and supporting with the wider business.


Key Responsibilities:
*Prepare monthly management accounts with supporting analysis
*Lead month-end close processes, including accruals, prepayments, and journals
*Produce variance analysis and provide insightful commentary
*Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
*Monitor cash flow and support financial planning
*Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies
*Support year-end audit and statutory reporting requirements
*Identify and implement process improvements
*Liaise with all other departments within the finance team
