The Opportunity
A forward-thinking and commercially successful regional law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its highly regarded Property team in Chichester.

The Role
You will handle a broad and varied caseload of commercial property matters, managing instructions from start to finish and building strong, lasting client relationships. The role offers a good balance of independence and team support, with exposure to interesting and complex work.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing a wide range of commercial property transactions
*Advising clients with accuracy, efficiency and commercial awareness
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Working collaboratively within a supportive and well-established team
*Maintaining compliance with regulatory and professional standards
About You
You will ideally have:
*Between 1 and 10 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
*A strong understanding of commercial property law and procedure
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Confidence working independently while contributing positively to a team
*Strong IT skills and attention to detail
*The ability to work effectively under pressure
*A sound knowledge of relevant regulations, including the SRA Handbook and SRA Accounts Rules
