Accounts Payable Assistant
Nigel Wright are currently supporting a Stockton based business with their temporary Accounts Payable Assistant requirement. This role will be on a rolling temporary basis with an immediate start offered.
The Role
As Accounts Payable Assistant, you will:
*Match purchase orders to invoices
*Escalate invoices to the appropriate person if discrepancies
*Pay invoices via BACS and cheques in a timely manner
*Deal with any purchase queries
* Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details
*Reconcile and check supplier statements
*Adhoc duties across the function
The Candidate
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
*Experience in high volume Accounts Payable role
*Strong problem solving ability
*Great attention to detail
*Available on short notice
