A leading South West law firm is expanding its Private Client team in Plymouth and is seeking a Private Client Solicitor, Senior Associate, Legal Executive (CILEX), or Partner-level Lawyer.

Role: Private Client Solicitor/Partner
You will advise on a broad range of Private Client matters, including:
*Wills and estate planning
*Probate and estate administration
*Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
*Trusts, tax planning, and wealth preservation
*High-net-worth client advisory
At senior level, you will also mentor junior lawyers, contribute to team growth, and build key client relationships.
Full administrative and paralegal support is provided.
Candidate Requirements
*Qualified Private Client Solicitor or CILEX Legal Executive
*Strong experience in wills, probate, trusts, and LPAs
*Open to Senior Associates, Legal Directors, and Partners
*STEP qualification advantageous (support available)
*Commercial, client-focused, and collaborative
