Credit Controller | 3-month contract | Immediate Start

Altum Consulting are partnering with a multi-site luxury retail brand to appoint an experienced Credit Controller on an initial 3-month contract. This role sits within a fast-paced, customer-centric environment where delivering an exceptional B2C experience is paramount.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage credit control processes, including chasing overdue payments via phone
*Handle customer queries and resolve payment issues efficiently and professionally
*Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate customer records
*Proactively collect outstanding funds while maintaining strong customer relationships
*Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance controls and efficiency
*Support month-end activities and reporting as required
Skills & Experience
*2-3 years’ experience in credit control or accounts receivable, ideally within retail and B2C environment
*Strong reconciliation skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to balance collections with a premium customer experience
*High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
*Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar
