Whether you’re after day-to-day variety, short-term placements, or long-term opportunities, we’ve got you covered!
What you’ll be doing:
*Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher
*Delivering pre-set lesson plans and ensuring students stay on task
*Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
*Supporting students with their learning and keeping them engaged
*Reporting back to teaching staff on lesson outcomes and any issues
What we’re looking for:
*Confident communicators with strong classroom presence
*Experience working with young people (education or youth work preferred)
*A flexible, reliable, and proactive attitude
*Good behaviour management skills
*A degree or relevant qualification is desirable (but not always essential)
