The Role
An opportunity for a Newly Qualified to 2 PQE solicitor to join a busy and growing real estate team, focusing on transactional landlord and tenant matters. The role offers early responsibility, regular client contact, and involvement in a varied mix of asset management and transactional work.


Responsibilities
*Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial leases across office, retail, and industrial sectors
*Advising on and preparing agreements for lease
*Handling licences to assign, underlet, and alter
*Managing lease renewals, regears, and general asset management work
*Drafting ancillary documents including rent deposit deeds and side letters
*Supporting on large-scale portfolio transactions
*Liaising with clients, agents, and counterparties throughout transactions
*Managing deadlines and progressing matters efficiently
*Assisting senior team members on more complex deals
Requirements
*Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (NQ – 2 PQE)
*Experience in commercial real estate, ideally with a focus on landlord and tenant work
*Strong drafting and technical legal skills
*Good commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
*Ability to manage multiple matters and work to tight deadlines
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
