Customer & Product Advisor
Sheffield | Monday - Friday (between 8am – 5pm (4pm finish on two days) | Competitive salary

The Role
This is a varied, hybrid position where you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting technical queries, systems, and logistics coordination.
Key responsibilities include:

*Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and social channels
*Diagnosing product issues and providing clear, accurate technical guidance
*Processing orders, replacements, and warranty claims
*Managing complaints professionally and escalating where needed
*Supporting system testing, UAT activities, and rollouts (including CRM/SAP systems)
*Assisting with process improvements and system updates
*Maintaining accurate CRM records and documentation
*Coordinating with 3PL partners for EU shipments
*Preparing and checking export documentation
*Supporting logistics queries and tracking shipments
*Logging product and quality issues
*Supporting trend analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
*Proven background in customer service within a manufacturing or technical environment
*Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
*Confident using CRM systems (SAP knowledge highly desirable)
*Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
*A proactive, team-focused approach with a willingness to learn
Experience & Skills
*2–3 years’ experience in customer service or technical support
*Strong administrative and IT skills (Microsoft Office)
*Experience working with CRM systems
*SAP or Salesforce experience (or similar)
*Exposure to system testing or rollouts
*Understanding of technical products (e.g. tools or similar)
*Basic export/logistics knowledge or EDI experience
