*Driving operational performance across safety, quality, and productivity metrics
*Embedding a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency optimisation
*Ensuring On Time In Full delivery and adherence to strict quality standards
*Overseeing packing equipment performance, maintenance, and improvement
*Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site compliance
As a Packing Operations Manager, your experience will include:*Proven experience in a leadership role within Manufacturing or Production Operations
*Strong understanding of performance metrics such as OTIF, quality, and efficiency
*Experience implementing Lean or continuous improvement methodologies
*A hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive accountability
*Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
*Commercial awareness and understanding of operational cost control
