Driver’s Mate – Huntingdon
Pay: £14.42 per hour + Holiday Pay
Shift: Monday-Friday
Optional weekend work available
Early start times between 04:30 – 07:00
Looking for a hands-on, active role with great pay and steady work? We’re recruiting a reliable and hardworking Driver’s Mate to join a busy and well-established delivery operation supplying pubs and hospitality venues.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, being on the move, and working as part of a close-knit team.
The Role
As a Driver’s Mate, you’ll work alongside an experienced driver, supporting multi-drop deliveries to pubs and hospitality venues. With an average of around 10 drops per day, this role offers a manageable workload, clear structure, and a strong team environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Assisting with multi-drop deliveries to pubs and hospitality venues
*Safely delivering goods directly into customer premises
*Providing friendly, professional customer service
*Supporting the driver to ensure deliveries run smoothly and on time
What We’re Looking For
*Previous Driver’s Mate experience is beneficial but not essential
*A good level of physical fitness (manual handling involved)
*Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
*Strong teamwork and communication skills
