We’re working with a leading London Market insurance business seeking an Operations Analyst to join their growing team.

This is a key operational role supporting broking activity across the Lloyd’s, London and international markets, with exposure to delegated authority, client servicing, regulatory requirements, and market operations.

Responsibilities:
*Support delegated authority and open market broking activities across Lloyd’s and London Market
*Coordinate placement, servicing, and administration activities with brokers, insurers, MGAs, and internal teams
*Assist with client onboarding, market submissions, and ongoing relationship support
*Maintain accurate documentation, MI reporting, and data quality standards
*Support compliance, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
*Assist with premium, claims, and settlement processes
*Support production of MRC slips, binders, line slips, and cover holder agreements
*Identify and escalate operational or process issues where needed

We are keen to speak with candidates who have experience in the Lloyd’s or London Market, ideally with exposure to delegated authority or broking operations.

You will be highly organised and detail-oriented, a confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills, and bring a proactive, adaptable, and process-driven approach.
