Job Description:
Role: Assistant Property Manager
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9-5.30pm - Hybrid working.
Location: North West London
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
*Logging and administering buildings insurance claims
*Managing building-specific mailboxes and responding to leaseholder queries
*Answering and triaging inbound calls
*Assisting with and following up on site inspections
*Obtaining and presenting contractor quotations
*Issuing work orders to contractors
*Supporting Health & Safety, Fire Risk and Asbestos actions
*Completing LPE1 forms
*Assisting with service charge correspondence, budgets and mail merges
*Updating property management systems (e.g. MyBlockMan / Asana)
*General administrative support to Property Managers
What we’re looking for
*Prior experience in a residential or commercial property management role.
*Strong communication skills
*Good organisational skills
*Capable of managing multiple properties and deadlines simultaneously
*Full UK driving licence
*TPI Qualification (Preferable)
