Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
A well-established and Ofsted-rated Outstanding nursery in Reading is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their welcoming and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking to develop their career in a high-quality early years setting.
In this role, the Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and grow with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan and deliver creative activities in line with the EYFS framework as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
*Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
*Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
*Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
Requirements:
*NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)
*Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
*A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
*Strong communication skills expected of a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
