Job Description:
Office Administrator
*£30,000 - £37,000 DOE
*Stoke on Trent
*Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 5:30pm
*Remote weekend working on a rota basis (approx. 1 in 4 weekends )
We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join a busy and supportive team. This is a varied role where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide general administrative support across the business
*Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries in a professional manner
*Maintain and update internal systems, databases, and records
*Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
*Support scheduling of meetings and diary management
*Process invoices, orders, and general paperwork
*Liaise with internal departments and external clients
*Maintain organised filing systems
*Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
About You
*Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Confident communication skills
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
*A proactive and flexible approach
