We’re recruiting for a Flagship Store Manager to lead a high-profile store within a premium homewares retail business, specialising in high-quality, design-led products that enhance everyday living.

The Role
As Flagship Store Manager, you will take full ownership of store performance, leading from the front in a consultative, customer-first home retail environment.
You will:
* Drive sales performance, KPIs, and profitability
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
* Deliver a premium, personalised customer experience centred around home and lifestyle solutions
* Inspire customers through product knowledge, storytelling, and in-store experience
* Manage all aspects of store operations, visual merchandising, and compliance
* Build a culture of accountability, energy, and excellence

What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Store Manager / Senior Retail Manager within homewares, furniture, interiors, or premium retail
* Strong track record of delivering against sales targets and KPIs
* Experience leading commission-driven teams
* Passion for customer experience, interiors, and lifestyle retail
* A hands-on leader who leads from the front
* Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills
