You will be working in the Building Services based in London (Moor House) in where we are responsible for creating healthy workplaces, comfortable homes and efficient facilities that improve people’s lives. We are currently looking for a Fabric Engineer who will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance to the building fabric and to assist with works to the M&E Services.
As the Fabric Engineer, you will:
*Assist with PPM and extra work requirements in adherence to set engineering standards in accordance with HASAWA requirements.
*Maintenance and repairs to doors, doorframes and any associated fittings & fixtures.
*Maintenance and repairs to doors, doorframes and any associated fittings & fixtures.
*Ensure daily time sheets and maintenance & inspection records are completed and submitted on a timely basis.
*Minor carpentry repairs and fixing of shelves and pictures.
We are looking for:
*Minimum of City & Guilds or equivalent qualification and or experience in commercial building maintenance.
*Painting and decorating skills with attention to detail.
*Ability to deliver resuts and focus on customers.
*Drive sustainability to all areas of the project.
