Overview

Are you ready to start your career in claims management and settlement negotiations? WK Webster, a Gallagher Bassett company, is looking for a Case Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, office-based role in Kent. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience, receive comprehensive training, and grow into a case handler role.

How you’ll make an impact

As a Case Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
*Keeping our case and document management systems up to date with accurate information.
*Registering new claims and uploading important documents.
*Organising incoming correspondence and documents according to our processes.
*Working with the Accounts team to ensure timely payments and manage financial records.
*Preparing client reports and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
*Monitoring inboxes and assisting with general case administration.
*Helping with other tasks to support the Case Handler team.
You’ll receive thorough training in claims handling, work alongside experienced professionals, and have clear opportunities to grow into a claims handling role.

About You

*Strong organisational and time management skills.
*Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Proficiency in MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
*The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*A keen eye for detail and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
Must be eligible to work in the UK.
