*Overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, and the ongoing development of staff

Suitable Candidate for the HR Manager vacancy:
*Proven experience in an HR leadership role, preferably within a fast-paced or expanding SME organisation
*Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
*Demonstrable capability in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making
*Ambitious, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
*Salary achieved will be dependent on experience
