An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and ambitious Sales Negotiator to join a well-established and highly regarded estate agency in Prime Central London.
This is a fantastic chance to work within a high-performing office, dealing with premium stock and an international client base, offering strong earning potential and clear progression.
The Role*Managing the full sales process from enquiry through to completion
*Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
*Building and maintaining relationships with buyers and vendors
*Generating new business and winning instructions
*Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
What’s on Offer*£22,000 basic salary
*£5,000 car allowance
*£35,000 guarantee (flexible depending on experience)
*Uncapped commission (10–25%)
*Realistic OTE of £65,000 – £75,000+
*1 in 3 Saturdays

*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Professional, well-presented, and client-focused
