Key Responsibilities*Leading and managing audit assignments from planning through to completion, ensuring work is delivered to the highest technical standard and within agreed timescales
*Reviewing the work of junior team members, providing constructive feedback and contributing to their development
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact throughout the audit process
*Supporting Partners and Managers with business development activity and identifying opportunities to grow existing client relationships
*Assisting with the preparation of audit reports and presenting findings clearly and professionally to clients and senior stakeholders
Requirements*ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with a strong technical grounding in UK audit and assurance
*Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*Proven ability to manage audit engagements and lead teams, with excellent organisational and communication skills
*A commercial mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues alike
*A commitment to continuous professional development and a genuine desire to progress within a growing firm
